Signs a standstill agreement on outstanding loans with its syndicate of lenders Varese, July 10, 2013 - Cobra Automotive Technologies SpA, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, announces a standstill agreement and standstill with its syndicate of lenders until 30 September 2013. The agreement provides for the maintenance of both long-term and short-term credit lines with a payment moratorium during the standstill period. The agreement also provides effective 1 July 20134 for the reduction of the interest rate on the short term lines to 3-month Euribor + 400 basis points that already applied to the medium term credit lines.

The standstill agreement and standstill allows the Company to finalize the preparation of the five-year business and financial plan for the completion of the ongoing reorganization of the Cobra group and to negotiate with the banks on the appropriate arrangements for the financial reorganization connected to the plan.

At 31 December 2012 the Group due in part to market conditions did not comply with the financial covenants under the debt rescheduling agreed with the lenders. Accordingly the medium term loans are recorded as short-term liabilities.
