NOTICE TO THE MARKET
"Cogna" or the "Company", announces to its shareholders, investors, and the general market that, from January to December 2023, its shares will be admitted to the B3 Corporate Sustainability Index- ISE. The 2nd ISE preview, that was published in December 16th 2022, contains 70 companies listed in B3, including Cogna.
Cogna's admission to this Index reinforces the companies' ESG strategy and commitment to sustainability, including the Sustainable Development Goals - SDG2030, stablishing greater control over greenhouse gases emissions, increase indexes for diversity within the company and adopting best corporate governance practices.
The ISE purpose is to serve as an indicator of average stocks' performance for selected companies recognized by its commitment to Corporate Sustainability, to support investors' decisions and inducting companies to opt for best practices of sustainability.
