Com Hem Holding AB (publ) ('Com Hem') hereby makes public that the number of shares and votes in Com Hem as per April 30, 2018 amounts to 177,470,814.

In accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting on March 21, 2018, Com Hem has in April executed a reduction of the share capital by way of cancelling 4,300,000 treasury shares, from 181,770,814 shares in total to 177,470,814 shares. Simultaneously, and for the purpose of restoring the share capital, Com Hem has executed a bonus issue corresponding to the amount with which the share capital was reduced. The reduction and the increase of the share capital has been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the shares were cancelled on April 11, 2018.

Hence, as per April 30, 2018, the number of registered shares and votes in Com Hem amounts to 177,470,814. Of the total number of shares 707,064 are treasury shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 206,601,513.01 and the quota value is therefore SEK 1.164 per share.
