Com HemHolding AB (publ) ('Com Hem') is changing the date of the third quarter 2018 results release from October 16 to October 18, 2018 to align with the release of the third quarter 2018 results of Tele2AB (publ) ('Tele2').

Due to the resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 21, 2018, to approve the merger plan adopted by the Boards of Com Hem and Tele2 on January 9, 2018, according to which the merger is undertaken by way of absorption, with Tele2 as the absorbing company and Com Hem as the transferring company, the Board of Com Hem has decided to align the date of the release of the third quarter 2018 results with that of Tele2 and therefore move the release of its third quarter 2018 results from October 16 to October 18, 2018.
