March 17 (Reuters) - Brazilian retailer GPA announced on Thursday its Chief Executive Jorge Faical Filho presented his resignation from the company with immediate effect.
The company will now be led by Marcelo Pimentel, it said on a securities filing. Pimentel is leaving the CEO position at fashion retailer Lojas Marisa to replace Faical.
