Diligent Corporation to be removed from the S&P/NZX Indices

Sydney, April 5, 2016: S&P Dow Jones Indices announced today that it will remove Diligent Corporation (NZX: DIL) from the S&P/NZX Indices, subject to shareholder approval of the transaction whereby Diligent Corporation will be acquired by Insight Venture Partners.

S&P Dow Jones Indices will remove Diligent Corporation from the S&P/NZX Indices after the close of trading on April 13, 2016. Diligent Corporation will be replaced in the respective S&P/NZX Indices after the close of trading on April 13, 2016:
