Leopard Resources has raised AUD 4.5 million under a public share offer priced at AUD 0.02 as part of the company's transition into the wireless technology space via its newly completed acquisition of Silicon Valleyrs G8 Communications. Following completion of the acquisition Yakov Temov has been appointed to the Leopard board in the position of managing director and chief executive replacing Craig Willis. Eric de Mori has also been appointed as a non-executive director replacing Graham Chapman.
