CONSOL COAL RESOURCES LP Consol Energy Inc. veteran James A. Brock will lead Consol's new master limited partnership, CNX Coal Resources LP. Brock, 58, has been the COO of Consol's coal division. He began his career with the company in 1979 at the Matthews Mine.
He has since served in several locations and roles, including section foreman, mine longwall coordinator and general mine foreman. Also, Lorraine L. Ritter was appointed CFO and chief accounting officer of the MLP's general partner. Additionally, Martha A. Wiegand was named general counsel and secretary.
Wiegand, 44, joined Consol's legal department in 2008 and was promoted to associate general counsel in 2012. Ritter, 49, began her Consol career in 1989. She was promoted to vice president and controller of Consol in 2005 and became the principal accounting officer in 2013.
