Consolidated Tin Mines Limited (CSD) advises that as of today the Company has recommenced operations with the Mt Garnet Project having transitioned out of Care & Maintenance (C&M) and into production as well as the recommencement of operations at the Dry River South Mine.

The Mt Garnet concentrator also commenced operation today and is expected to operate on the basis of eight days on and six days off with campaign processing.

The Mt Garnet underground mine will remain on C&M until further notice.

Employees that were stood down without pay will progressively return to work, although not all employees will be reinstated in the short term due to only one mine operating and the concentrator running 8 days on, followed by 6 days off.

A COVID-19 risk assessment has been conducted and a set of protocols drawn up to reduce the risk of spread between CSD employees, contractors and the outside community in line with Australian Commonwealth and Queensland State government guidelines. These protocols will continue to evolve as new information is released.

This announcement was authorised by the board of directors of CSD.
