The company has today received the resignation letter of Derek Leung as a director of the company.  Derek Leung resigns to take up a new position effective immediately.  The company and the Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Leung for his leadership and dedicated service to the company during a difficult time and wish him well in his future endeavors.
