Change of leadership in Finance function at Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd.
Antoine Boublil, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Swiss Bank division and member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd., has decided to take on a new challenge outside of Credit Suisse, starting January 2024. Information on the succession will be provided in due course.

Antoine Boublil will join Leonteq AG as CFO as of January 2024. He will continue in his current role during the coming weeks and months post close of the UBS and Credit Suisse merger.

Antoine Boublil joined Credit Suisse in April 2016. In addition to his current role as CFO of the Swiss Bank division and member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd., Antoine also acts as Chairman of the Boards of both Swisscard AECS GmbH and Bank-now AG.
