Northbridge Industrial Services plc Announces Board Changes

Northbridge Industrial Services Plc announced that David Marshall, who became a Non-Executive Director of the Group shortly after Northbridge listed on AIM in 2006, has given notice that he wishes to retire from the Board at the time of the AGM on 4 June 2019. The Group has taken steps in recent times to refresh the Board with the appointment of Nitin Kaul and Judith Aldersey-Williams as independent Non-Executive Directors. No further appointments to the Board are currently envisaged.
