The following is a Company Announcement by Crimsonwing p.l.c. ("Crimsonwing" or the "Company")
issued in terms of Chapter 11 of the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

Further to announcement 79/2015 issued by the Company on 6 February 2015, the Company announces that on 6 March 2015, Rizzo, Farrugia & Co. (Stockbrokers) Ltd, in their capacity as the Managers, Registrars and Collecting and Paying Agents of the bid by KPMG Investments Malta Limited (the "Offeror"), completed the transfer, to the Offeror, of all remaining shares in the Company not already held by the Offeror, thereby concluding the squeeze-out process carried out pursuant to Listing Rule 11.42.
Following the completion of the squeeze-out process and as already intimated in section 8.5.2 of the offer document issued by the Offeror dated 28 November 2014, the Offeror intends to propose to the board of directors and general meeting of the Company to apply to the Listing Authority for discontinuation of listing of Crimsonwing p.l.c. shares on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on the basis that the conditions for listing can no longer be fulfilled. Further announcements in this respect will be issued in due course.
