CSS Industries Inc. announced that William Rulon-Miller has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the company. Mr. Rulon-Miller has significant experience as a business leader, with over 35 years in the financial industry as an investment banker and venture capitalist. For over 30 years, Mr. Rulon-Miller was employed by the investment banking firm Janney Montgomery Scott, serving from 1982 to 2009 as either Director or Co-Director of the firm's Investment Banking Group, and from 2005 until 2009 as a member of the firm's Board of Directors.
