THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING SIGNED ENTAILS THE EXPLORATION OF POTENTIAL AREAS OF COOPERATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGIES
Rome, September 11, 2023 - Cube Labs S.p.A. ("Cube Labs" or the "Company"), an Italian venture builder in the healthcare technology sector listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, Professional segment, announced the signing today of a non-binding framework agreement with Gujar Mal Modi Science Foundation ("Modi Foundation"), based in New Delhi. The purpose of this agreement is to explore potential areas of institutional cooperation between the parties aimed at promoting and developing technological innovation in the healthcare field.
