New CEO at curasan AG

Kleinostheim, March 16, 2020 - The supervisory board of curasan AG (DE000A2YPGM4), for which on February 23, 2020 an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings due to overindebtedness of the company with the responsible local court at Aschaffenburg has been filed, today has resolved to appoint Dr. jur. Alexander Baratta with immediate effect as the new CEO of the company.

Concurrently the supervisory board has resolved to dismiss Torben Sorensen with immediate effect from his office as CEO.
