Career

After working at Matsushita Electric Information Systems Nagoya Research Laboratory, U.S. semiconductor giant Motorola, and Qualcomm, she joined FUJISOFT, where she served as Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of the International Division of the company before becoming Vice President of Cybernet Systems in 2018 and President and Executive Officer in 2019. Outside Director of TOMY in June 2020; Outside Director of Lion in March 2021.

Our strength lies in modeling and numerical simulation on a computer to solve various problems in areas such as development and design processes.

Simulation, our core technology, is indispensable in achieving carbon neutrality, addressing climate change, developing new materials, and developing innovative products. Furthermore, by combining simulation with AI, AR/VR, and other technologies, we also support our clients in promoting DX.

In the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, sales and profits declined due to the termination of sales of optical CAE(*) software, which had been sold for 36 years. However, the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023 will be a year of V- shaped recovery, and we aim to grow into a global company that leads the world simulation industry in the long run.

Our dividend policy is based on a dividend on equity (DOE) ratio of 6.0%, and we are committed to increasing corporate value through stable dividends and earnings recovery and growth. We will actively engage in dialogue with our shareholders.
