Nortura Konsernpensjonskasse: Fixed income investor meetings and contemplated new subordinated Tier 2 bond issue

Nortura Konsernpensjonskasse has mandated Danske Bank to arrange meetings with
fixed income investors. A new subordinated Tier 2 bond issue with size up to NOK
125 million and a first call option after 5 years may follow, subject to inter
alia market conditions.

In conjunction with the potential new issuance, Nortura Konsernpensjonskasse may
consider buy-backs of the outstanding bonds with ISIN NO0010858319 and ticker
NORTKP01 PRO.
