The Board of Directors of Danubius Hotels Nyrt. informs its shareholders that following the recent decease of Sir Bernard Schreier the Board of Directors elected from among its members Mrs Iris Gibbor to be Chairperson of the Board by unanimous voting in writing on 2 July 2013.

Iris Gibbor

She has been member of the Danubius Hotels Nyrt. Board since 2000.
She is the daughter of Sir Bernard Schreier and the Chairperson of the Board of
CP Holdings Limited.
She has a BA Honours degree from Cardiff University and worked as a Facilities
Manager for ABCNews for 8 years. She is married with four children.
