Amos Luzon made a binding bid to acquire Danya Cebus Ltd for approximately ILS 530 million on November 12, 2017. As reported, Amos Luzon offered to buy 100% of the shares in Danya Cebus and Ltd its subsidiaries for NIS 100 million in cash on the date of the deal and ILS 425 million in 10-year bonds to be issued to him, with a junior lien on the shares of Africa Residences. The bid is contingent only on approval by the Antitrust commissioner.
