Dätwyler Holding Inc. (SWX:DAE) signed a contract to acquire Keystone Holdings, Inc. from Mark and Bryan Bueltel and their families on October 17, 2014. Keystone Holdings, Inc. is the parent company of Columbia Engineered Rubber, Inc. Columbia Engineered Rubber, Inc. generates annual revenue of CHF 25 million. The transaction is subject to subject to compliance with customary closing conditions.
The deal is expected to complete by the end of October 2014.
