THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

Enclosed please find copies of the Final Notices (English and Urdu) regarding Unclaimed Dividends to vest with the Federal Government pursuant to the provisions of Sub-Section (2) of Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017. We intend to publish these notices in daily 'Business Recorder' and daily 'Dunya' (combined editions; Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad) on Thursday, April 28, 2022.

Notice is hereby given that the dividend declared by Dawood Hercules Corporation Um~ed (the Company); details whereof are appearin g on the Company's webs~ewww.dawoodhercules.com have remained unclaimed for a period of three years from the date these have become dueand payable.

The notice was sent on February 01, 2022 by registered post acknowledgment due on the last known addresses of the shareholders to subm~ their claims within three months to the Company, but no replies have been received except few exceptions.

The Company hereby invites claims from the shareholders to be lodged within 00 days, and in case no claim is received within the given period from this Notice, the Company shall proceed to depos~ the unclaimed amount with the Federal Government pursuant to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017.
