DEE VALLEY GROUP PLC
Dee Valley Group plc ('Dee Valley') is the holding company for its sole trading subsidiary, Dee Valley Water plc, which is the licensed water supplier for Wrexham, Chester and the surrounding areas.
On 26 March 2015, Dee Valley was informed of the following transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibility ('PDMR'):
a) Andrew Bickerton
Andrew Bickerton, Finance Director, purchased 396 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing approximately 0.009% of the issued share capital of Dee Valley) at a price of 1250p per share.
b) Jon Schofield
Jon Schofield, non-Executive Chairman, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of Dee Valley) at a price of 1250p per share.
Following these transactions, the total number of ordinary shares held by each PDMR (and including those held by their connected persons) has increased to:
396 ordinary shares (approximately 0.009% of Dee Valley's issued share capital) for Andrew
Bickerton
1,000 ordinary shares (approximately 0.02% of Dee Valley's issued share capital) for Jon Schofield
The above transactions took place on Monday 23 March 2015 in the case of Andrew Bickerton and
Wednesday 25 March 2015 in the case of Jon Schofield, and Dee Valley Group plc was informed on 26 March
2015. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
