Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 2, 2023, the Company announced that its Board of Directors increased the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend on its Common Stock to $0.23 per share payable to all shareholders of record of the Company's Common Stock as of the close of business on May 15, 2023. The payment date for the dividend will be May 22, 2023.

The Company's press release regarding the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1.
