DELIVRA HEALTH BRANDS INC. Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB) president & CEO Gord Davey joins Natalie Stoberman from the Proactive newsroom to share details behind its latest licensing and distribution agreement with Tweed Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canopy Growth Corporation (TSX:WEED, NYSE:CGC).
Davey says Tweed has signed on for an exclusive three-year licence agreement to manufacture, distribute and sell infused LivRelief branded topicals in Canada. The agreement will provide royalty payments to Delivara of 10% of net sales revenue generated from LivRelief branded topicals. Davey adds this agreement represents a collaboration to bring more products to more people and improve their lives.
