Dell Services has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the "Leaders" quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for North America Data Center Outsourcing and Infrastructure Utility Services.i This report is designed to help customers evaluate service providers and was compiled based upon analyst research and customer feedback.

Dell emphasizes a transformative approach that addressees customer requirements to modernize and optimize their current data center environment, a strategy that has been met with a 31 percent year-on-year increase in Infrastructure Utility Services deals. This growth is noted in the report as being critical to future growth in the Data Center Outsourcing market. The approach to serving customers also can be tied to Dell having the highest customer rankings of any provider in the quadrant.
