Moratorium::Hearing date re-fixed and extension of Moratorium

HEARING DATE RE-FIXED AND EXTENSION OF MORATORIUM

The board of directors (the "Board") of Design Studio Group Ltd (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 29 July 2021 in relation to the status of proceedings in the courts of Singapore and Malaysia (the "29 July Announcement").

In the 29 July Announcement, the Company disclosed that the Singapore Court had indicated that a decision on the sanction of the New Creditor Scheme would be made on 5 August 2021 and extended the Singapore Moratorium until such time. The Company would like to announce that hearing date has been re-fixed by the Singapore Court to 13 August 2021 and that the Singapore Moratorium has been extended until such time.

The Company will continue to keep its stakeholders updated and will make the appropriate announcements as and when there are any material updates or developments. Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements by the Company carefully and should exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities.
