Devro plc Appoints Gerard Hoetmer as Chairman

Devro plc announced that it will appoint Gerard Hoetmer, currently non-executive director of the company, as its Chairman. Gerard will assume this role on 15 May 2014, having joined the Board on 30 July 2013. Gerard, is currently CEO of Corbion nv (previously CSM nv).
