"Norm played a key part in leading the rapid growth and global expansion of our retail and e-commerce channels, and we are pleased that he will aid Mike during the transition period," added Mr. Weiss. "Norm was a valued member of our senior team and he will be missed. We are grateful for his contributions and wish him the very best in the future."
