The pan-Asian retailer, a member of the Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd. group, said that panic buying of grocery products and a rush to purchase coronavirus-protection and anti-bacterial items benefited its Grocery Retail and Health and Beauty businesses. This offset heavy reductions in foot traffic which hurt Convenience.
