On February 27, 2020, Paul A. Reeder, a director of the Board of Directors (the Board") of Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. (the Company"), notified the Company that he will be retiring from the Board at the conclusion of his current term which ends in conjunction with the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 28, 2020 (the Annual Meeting"). In connection with his retirement, he requested that the Company not nominate him for re-election at the Annual Meeting.
Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. is an investment advisory and fund administration services provider. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Diamond Hill Capital Management, Inc. (DHCM). DHCM is an investment adviser and administrator for the Diamond Hill Funds, a series of open-end mutual funds (the Funds). DHCM also provides investment advisory and related services to the Diamond Hill Micro Cap Fund, LP (DHMF), a private fund, as well as, separately managed accounts, collective investment trusts, other pooled vehicles, including sub-advised funds, and model delivery programs.
