Dick Smith Holdings Limited (ACN 166 237 841)("DSH") (Receivers and Managers appointed) (Voluntary Administrators appointed)

As previously advised, Joseph Hayes, Jason Preston, Jamie Harris and Matt Caddy, all Partners of McGrathNicol were appointed Voluntary Administrators ("Administrators") of DSH and certain subsidiaries by a resolution of directors on 4 January 2016.

The first meetings of creditors of DSH and its Australian subsidiaries have been convened for Thursday,

14 January 2016 at the Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000. Please see attached copies of the Notices of Meetings.

Mr Hayes, one of the Administrators, has confirmed that information on the meetings has been forwarded to all known creditors by post. However, creditors can also contact the Creditor Hotline established with Link Market Services (details below), to register their interest and obtain information on the meetings.

A separate meeting of creditors of DSE (NZ) Limited will be held in Auckland, NZ.

3. The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

4. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and

5. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

   
   

6. At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

7. remove the Administrators from office; and
