Stern, Chairman and CEO, and Kumar Gursahaney, CFO, will present at the Roth Capital Partners 22nd Annual OC Growth Stock conference, which will be held March 15 -17, 2010 at the Ritz Carlton, Dana Point, Calif. DJSP will present at 11:30 a.m. PT, March 16, Track 1. Management will also be available for one-on-one meetings throughout the day. Management will discuss its recent transition to being a publicly traded company through a business combination with Chardan 2008 China Acquisition Corp., which combined with DAL Group, LLC.
