DO Deutsche Office : with 10 year lease for 4,320 sqm in Ismaning - Vacancy rate of the Deutsche Office portfolio down to 15.2 % as of 30 September 2015

Cologne, Ismaning, 30 September 2015. DO Deutsche Office AG ('Deutsche Office,' Symbol: PMOX. ISIN: DE000PRME020) has signed a 10-year lease agreement with a globally acting US-American supplier of technical building equipment for 4,320 sqm in its 'Together' office building at Gutenbergstrasse 1 in Ismaning near Munich. This lease equals c35 % of the total lettable area of the property. The tenant will use the space on ground and first floors starting on 15 December 2015. With this lease agreement the property is almost fully occupied.

Cushman & Wakefield served as an advisor to the tenant. Ritter Immobilien in Ismaning is lead broker for the property.

On the back of the letting successes for the whole portfolio Deutsche Office's vacancy rate further improved and fell to 15.2 % as of 30 September 2015, down from 15.9 % on 30 June 2015. Including the new lease in Ismaning Deutsche Office's pro-forma vacancy rate as of 30 September 2015 fell to 14.7 %.

'We have already made considerable letting progress of our 'Together' property during the year and we see growing interest for the remaining space, thanks to the building quality, the location and the existing infrastructure. In all, we have already signed contracts for about half the property's space since the beginning of the year. And now, except for about 500 sqm, all office space of the property has been leased,' says Jörg Kesting, Head of Asset Management at Deutsche Office.

'Together' is an architecturally attractive yet functional office building with about 12,200 sqm of office and other space. Spaces ranging from 300 to more than 3,000 sqm are available on a single floor. The pleasant and productive work environment is underscored by customized upgrades, a canteen with an outdoor seating area and in-house parking. The office building is well integrated into the local suburban railway system (S-Bahn) for easy access to the airport and downtown Munich as well as the motorway system (Autobahn).
