Extraordinay Shareholder´s Meeting (09/06/2017): Call Notice*

We hereby call the shareholders of OGX PETRÓLEO E GÁS S.A. ("Company") to attend the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting to be held at 10 a.m., on September 06th, 2017, at 116 Lauro Müller Street, 38th floor, room 3802, Botafogo, in the city and state of Rio de Janeiro, to deliberate on the Bylaws' amendment, in order to reflect the new denomination to be adopted by the Company.

The Company further clarifies that: (a) the documents related to the agenda set forth in this Call Notice, including those required by CVM Rule No. 481/09 in compliance with its alteration, are available to the shareholders at the Company's headquarters, on the CVM website (www.cvm.gov.br), on the B3 website (www.bmfbovespa.com.br), as well as on the Company's Investor Relations website (www.ogx.com.br); (b) in order to participate in the Meeting, the shareholders shall present the following documents to the Company, in addition to the identification document: (i) the updated statement of equity stake issued by the custodian of the Company's shares; (ii) the power-of-attorney with due notarization of the grantor's signature, in the event the shareholder is represented by a proxy, and (iii) in relation to the shareholders that are legal entities, the relevant representation documents shall equally be presented.
