Doriemus Plc (ASX: DOR) ("Doriemus"or the "Company"), is pleased to advise that further to the announcements dated 31 December 2018 and 30 January 2019 to Farmin to the West Kora Oil Field on the Western Australian L15 permit, the Company has now completed due diligence to its satisfaction on the L15 asset and has advised Rey Resources Limited (ASX:REY) ("REY") that it will now seek to finalise the farmin arrangements. As previously announced, completion is now subject to finalisation of formal documentation including a farmin agreement and joint operating agreement with REY.

The Company also advises, that concurrently with the finalisation of L15, Doriemus is completing due diligence on the EP487 asset where the due diligence period will expire at the end of February.

Should completion of the farmins occur, the relevant interests will represent the Company's first assets located in Australia. Completion of the EP487 Farmin and the L15 Farmin are independent of each other.
