MIDLAND, Mich. - Jan. 26, 2016 - Paula Tolliver, chief information officer and corporate vice president of Business Services, has been appointed to represent The Dow Chemical Company on the Catalyst Board of Advisors and has assumed the role of co-chair of Dow's Women's Innovation Network (WIN) in North America.

In her role with Catalyst, Tolliver will work across industries to assess and advance best practices for the advancement of female talent from premier employers across multiple sectors.

In her role on the Board of Advisors, Tolliver will help further Catalyst's mission of offering businesses strategic advice and counsel on topics related to the advancement of women. She will join senior executives on the Advisory Board from leading companies including Coca-Cola, IBM, Procter & Gamble and Walmart Stores, all of which are active members.
