Su Hongjun agreed to acquire 91.1% stake in Puyang Zhongwei Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. for CNY 61.6 million on June 15, 2021. After the acquisition Su Hongjun will hold 97.27% stake For the year ending May 31, 2021, Puyang Zhongwei Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 96.5 million and owner’s equity of CNY 60.2 million. The transaction needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of Dymatic Chemicals,Inc. for deliberation. On April 26, 2021, the transaction was approved by the fourth meeting of the seventh Board of Directors of DYMATIC Chemicals, Inc. The proceeds of disposal would be used to supplement working capital.
