CHANGE OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

AND

AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of DYNAM JAPAN HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that Ms. CHU Wai Ha ("Ms. Chu") has tendered her resignation as a joint company secretary (the "Joint Company Secretary") of the Company and an authorised representative (the "Authorised Representative") of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") with effect from 28 July 2020. Ms. Chu has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board in any respect and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or the Stock Exchange.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. WONG Sau Ping ("Ms. Wong") has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative in place of Ms. Chu with effect from 28 July 2020. Mr. Norio HARASAWA will remain as the other Joint Company Secretary.

Ms. Wong currently serves as an associate director of the listing services department of TMF Hong Kong Limited (a global corporate services provider). She has over 20 years of experience in the field of company secretary. She is currently a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Chu for her contributions during her tenure of services and extend a warm welcome to Ms. Wong on her new appointment.
