HOW TO ELECT OR CHANGE THE CURRENCY

FOR RECEIVING INTERIM DIVIDEND

This announcement is made by DYNAM JAPAN HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). Shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Company's share register at the close of business on 9 December 2019 (the "Shareholders"), who wish to select or change the currency for receiving the interim dividend (the "Interim Dividend") as stated in the announcement of the Company dated 20 November 2019 regarding the Interim Dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2019 to be paid on 10 January 2020, are advised to download and complete the currency election form (the "Form") at:

Completed Forms should be returned to either one of the following places not later than 5:30 p.m. (Japan time)/ 4:30 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on Tuesday, 24 December 2019.

No partial election will be allowed and the Shareholders, including nominee companies which hold shares of the Company (the ''Shares'') on behalf of the beneficial owners of the Shares, cannot elect to receive part of the Interim Dividend in Japanese yen and part of the Interim Dividend in Hong Kong dollars.

Beneficial owners of the Shares who hold pecuniary interests and voting rights in the Company with respect to the Shares deposited into the Central Clearing and Settlement System (''CCASS'') established and operated by Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (''HKSCC'') and registered in the name of HKSCC Nominees Limited (''CCASS Beneficial Owners'') are not recognised under the Companies Act of Japan as Shareholders unless they withdraw their Shares from CCASS and re-register themselves as Shareholders on the share register. All CCASS Beneficial Owners will receive Interim Dividend payments in Hong Kong dollars.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN

Please read carefully the instructions below and the instructions printed on the Form.

1. To receive all future dividends (including Interim Dividend) in Japanese yen
   If you wish to receive all future dividends (including Interim Dividend) in Japanese yen, please put a tick in the box in section 1 and complete section 2 of the Form, or if you wish to change your bank account details that you have previously given, please provide bank account details in Japan including Bank Name, Branch Name, Branch Address and Account Number in section 2 of the Form. Please SIGN, DATE, PROVIDE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND RETURN the Form.
2. To receive all future dividends (including Interim Dividend) in Hong Kong dollars
   No action is required if you wish to receive all future dividends (including Interim Dividend) in Hong Kong dollars . If you wish to receive all future dividends (including Interim Dividend) in Hong Kong dollars and request the Company to credit the dividend payment to your bank account, or if you wish to change your bank account details that you have previously given, please provide your bank account details in Hong Kong including Bank Name, Branch Name,

Branch Address and Account Number in section 2 of the Form. Please SIGN, DATE, PROVIDE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND RETURN the Form.

No action is required if you have elected the currency for receiving dividends in previous occasions and have no intention to change it.
