OPERATION OF 3 MODELS OF VIDEO SLOT MACHINES

IN A MACAU CASINO FACILITY

This voluntary announcement is made by DYNAM JAPAN HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). The Company is pleased to announce the following 3 models of video slot machines jointly developed with its business partner Weike Gaming Technology

1. Pte. Ltd. ("WEIKE") have been installed at a casino facility in Macau and their expected date for starting operation has been determined as below.

The Company is promoting the package of "Pachinko Bonus Series" incorporating the pachinko game concept for targeting the mass market and extending the time of playing, and "Half Chance Series" having the exciting game concept to determine "Win" or "No Win" in short time with one reel•one line in the casino market. By means of this package, the Company wants excitement oriented users to know the enjoyment of pachinko through opportunities to play these two series promoted under "DynamicW Series" which is the brand of joint venture with WEIKE.

Moving forward, through the partnership with WEIKE, the Company intends to continue developing the successors of the above models and other various models winning the hearts of users, enhance the recognition of those models, let more users play them and exploit the mass market in the Macau casino industry.
