The Company's primary activity is exploration and development of its petroleum prospecting and retention licenses located in Papua New Guinea (PNG).  PNG has five sedimentary basins including Papuan, North New Guinea, Cape Vogel, New Ireland and Bougainville. The Company has no oil and gas properties other than the PNG Licenses. There is no production or reserves associated with the PNG Licenses. It has holds five license blocks PPL 257, PPL 258, PPL 259, PRL 28 and PPL 430.
