Education Management Corporation Announces Executive Changes

Education Management Corporation announced that John Mazzoni, President of The Art Institutes, is leaving the Company on July 14, 2013. Charles Restivo, Group Vice President, will become the Interim President of The Art Institutes as of June 24, 2013 and will report to Danny Finuf, Executive Vice President, Education System Operations. Mr. Mazzoni has been President of The Art Institutes since 2005.

Since joining the Company in 1987, he has held numerous senior management positions with increasing responsibility, including Group Vice President for The Art Institutes, Group Vice President for Education Management, Senior Vice President of Group Operations, and various other positions in the areas of Operations, Finance and Information Systems.
