EEMS Italia establishes position of COO and appoints Marco Teodori

(Alliance News) - EEMS Italia Spa announced Tuesday that it has appointed Marco Teodori as chief operating officer.

With the establishment of the position of COO and the appointment of Teodori, "EEMS has strengthened the managerial staff that will be in charge of implementing the new industrial plan 2023-2027 whose presentation to the market is imminent," the company points out.

"EEMS is engaged in a strategic repositioning that will lead it, in the coming years, to focus on photovoltaic power generation," said Giuseppe De Giovanni, CEO of the company.

"Engineer Teodori will bring to EEMS managerial expertise and experience that will be of crucial importance in the implementation of the business plan," De Giovanni concluded.

EEMS Italy closed Tuesday down 1.8 percent to EUR0.028 per share.
