ELANA Agrocredit : Notification for a dividend distribution

The General Meeting of Shareholders of Elana Agrocredit AD dated 30 May 2023 has taken the following dividend distribution decision for 2022:
The Board of Directors of the company decided on 30 May 2023 as well that, until the date of determination of the shareholders entitled to a dividend, no company shares shall be acquired or sold under the share buyback procedure, and the gross dividend per share was determined as follows:
- Gross dividend per share: BGN 0.0735801043
- Dividend payout starting date: 10 July 2023
- Dividends will be paid out via the Central Depository and CB United Bulgarian Bank.
The right to a dividend will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register on the 14th day following the GMS date, i.e. by 13 June 2023 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to receive a dividend, will be 09 June 2023 (Ex-Dividend Date: 12 June 2023).
