ASX Release ENE increases corporate debt facility by AU$50 million

Energy Developments Limited (ASX: ENE or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has executed documentation to increase its corporate debt facility with a new commitment to be provided by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC).
ENE Managing Director, Greg Pritchard said "The Company is delighted to have a global bank of the size and reputation of ICBC as a new lender participating in the Company's Corporate Facility. The new commitment amount places ENE in a strong position to continue to pursue further growth and expansion opportunities in the remote energy and clean energy sectors."
With the addition of ICBC, the Corporate Facility syndicate now compromises National Australia Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Investec, Macquarie Bank, ING Bank, Babson Capital Australia, UBS as well as ICBC. All documentation for the ICBC upsized loan has been executed, and the commitment from ICBC will be available from the end of February
2014.
The new commitment amount will be available to ENE for near term expansion growth and other corporate opportunities.
ENE is on track to release its half year results to 31 December 2013 on 25 February 2014.
