EQT GP LP : Midstream Partners and GP Holdings Increase Quarterly Distributions

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EQT Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: EQM), today declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.850 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2016. The distribution will be paid on February 14, 2017, to all EQM unitholders of record at the close of business on February 3, 2017. The quarterly cash distribution increased 20% compared to the fourth quarter of 2015.

EQT GP Holdings, LP (NYSE: EQGP), today declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.177 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2016. The distribution will be paid on February 23, 2017, to all EQGP unitholders of record at the close of business on February 3, 2017. The quarterly cash distribution increased 45% compared to the fourth quarter of 2015.
