Equatorial Resources Limited Announces Resignation of Peter Woodman as Non-Executive Director of the Company

Equatorial Resources Limited is an Australia-based company primarily focusing on Africa. The Company is advancing its mineral assets, including the notable Nimba Alliance Iron Ore Project.
