ERAMET S.A. reported production results for the fourth quarter and second half and fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. For the quarter, the company reported Manganese ore and sinter production was 2,620,000 tonnes. Manganese ore and sinter transportation was 1,737,000 tonnes. Manganese alloys production was 153,000 tonnes. Nickel ore production - SLN production was 1,422,000 tonnes. Weda Bay Nickel production was 4,898,000 tonnes. Ferronickel production ? SLN production was 11,700 tonnes. Low-grade nickel ferroalloys production was 8,700 tonnes. Mineral Sands production was 161,000 tonnes. Ilmenite production was 113,000 tonnes. Zircon production was 11,000 tonnes.
For the second half, the company reported Manganese ore and sinter production was 4,769,000 tonnes. Manganese ore and sinter transportation was 3,775,000 tonnes. Manganese alloys production was 324,000 tonnes. Nickel ore production - SLN production was 2,883,000 tonnes. Weda Bay Nickel production was 9,145,000 tonnes. Ferronickel production ? SLN production was 24,500 tonnes. Low-grade nickel ferroalloys production was 17,700 tonnes. Mineral Sands production was 322,000 tonnes. Ilmenite production was 215,000 tonnes. Zircon production was 24,000 tonnes. Titanium dioxide slag production was 34,000 tonnes.
For the year, the company reported Manganese ore and sinter production was 7,409,000 tonnes against 7,539,000 tonnes a year ago. Manganese ore and sinter transportation was 6,623,000 tonnes against 7,167,000 tonnes a year ago.Manganese alloys production was 635,000 tonnes against 677,000 tonnes a year ago. Nickel ore production - SLN production was 5,770,000 tonnes against 5,394,000 tonnes a year ago. Weda Bay Nickel production was 16,905,000 tonnes against 15,139,000 tonnes a year ago. Ferronickel production ? SLN production was 44,800 tonnes against 40,900 tonnes a year ago. Low-grade nickel ferroalloys production was 33,400 tonnes against 36,600 tonnes a year ago. Mineral Sands production was 628,000 tonnes against 742,000 tonnes a year ago. Ilmenite production was 421,000 tonnes against 498,000 tonnes a year ago. Zircon production was 48,000 tonnes against 57,000 tonnes a year ago. Titanium dioxide slag production was 66,000 tonnes against 188,000 tonnes a year ago.
