ERI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is engaged in the evaluation, rating and inspection business in the construction industry. The Confirmatory and Test business involves the building certification, intermediate inspection and complete inspection businesses. The Housing Performance Evaluation and Related business involves the performance evaluation business related to housing design and construction. Solution segment is a business related to existing buildings, such as preparation of engineering reports on real estate transactions, due diligence such as legal compliance survey, inspection of existing construction and existing buildings. The Others segment involves contract works, structural calculation compatibility judgment of building, inspection and certification of conformity of housing loans, examination of housing energy-saving label, determination of seismic diagnosis and seismic retrofitting plan, technical review of low carbon buildings, among other businesses.
